Sinopsis  :
The film begins on Ocean Blv. in Miami, Florida. A flashmob, later identified as 'The Mob,' shuts down Ocean Blv. by cutting off the streets with retro convertibles and dancing to music blasted by DJ Penelope (Cleopatra Coleman). When their dance is over, the Mob hops into their cars and speeds away, leaving behind a spray-painted glass featuring the words 'THE MOB' by locally renounced street artist Mercury (Michael Langebeck), who never talks.
A few hours later, Sean (Ryan Guzman), Eddy (Misha Gabriel), and Jason (Stephen "tWitch" Boss), the leaders of the Mob, watch their latest flashmob air on the news in a restaurant kitchen where they work. A few complain about their public disturbance, while others praise it. After they get off work, they sneak into the Dimont Hotel's beach club (where they work), claiming to be guests, not employees.
Meanwhile, across the club at the bar, Emily (Kathryn McCormick) tries to get the waiter's attention, but ends up preparing her own beer. Sean, who is immediately smitten by her, asks for a beer. Emily instead heads down to the beach to dance, resulting in a dance battle between the two, but ending when Emily suddenly runs off, mirroring Cinderella.
The next day, Emily and her dad Bill Anderson (Peter Gallagher) argue over breakfast at the Dimont Hotel. Sean, their waiter, immediately recognizes her, but Emily spills her orange juice in an attempt to distract Sean. In an angry fit, Emily storms off, and Sean immediately follows her into the hotel's ballroom, where Emily begins a fast contemporary dance, oblivious to Sean's presence. After Emily notices Sean and warms up to him, she explains to him that she's trying to nail an audition for the prestigious Winwood Dance Academy. Sean advises her to incorporate faster, more interesting moves, but Emily declines, saying that there are rules. Sean, in turn, tells her to break the rules, giving her an address and telling her to come there. Emily does and finds herself at the Miami Museum of Fine Arts, where the paintings and statues come to life, which is work of the Mob. By telling her to attend, Sean basically reveals to her his participation in the Mob.
The next day, Emily persuades Sean to let her take part in their next Mob, which is scheduled to hit a restaurant the following week. Eddy immediately dislikes Emily, giving her the lead to test her. The flashmob goes well and Eddy admits that Emily did great. Emily and Sean then sneak onto a boat Sean had reserved for himself to sail down the river. There, they kiss and sleep on the boat until morning, when they hurry back to Sean's uncle's bar, Ricky's. Ricky reveals to them that Emily's dad, a building tycoon, is planning to develop the slums, destroying Ricky's bar, Sean's home, and many other things.
Sean, Emily, Eddy, and Penelope then lead the Mob in various protest Mobs. Eddy finds out that Emily is Bill's daughter, and reveals to Bill that Emily is a part of the Mob. This ruins relationships for Emily with Sean (romantically), Eddy (friendly), Bill (trustfully), and the rest of the Mob. She ignores Sean, and as a result fails her audition for Winwood.
After Eddy and Sean are sent to jail for being caught in the flashmob, Ricky bails them out and Eddy and Sean make up. They then Mob the development public announcement, with the help of past Step Up characters including Moose (Adam Sevani). Bill decides to build up the community rather than tear it down, Sean and Emily kiss passionately and make up, and Eddy makes a deal with the owner of Nike for the Mob to dance in the commercials.

In October 2002, Chief Charles Moose (played by Charles S. Dutton) of the Montgomery County Police Department, heads an effort to track down those responsible for a recent string of murders in Montgomery County, Maryland.[2]
Unable to give anything but small pieces of information at various press conferences held during the 23 dark days, Moose finds himself vilified and derided in many corners as ineffectual and incompetent. Indeed, quite a few newspapers outside the area targeted by snipers came right out and called for Moose's resignation. But the chief's dogged persistence ultimately paid off and — in the sort of twist that a professional writer of thrillers might dismiss as inconceivable — the two men arrested for the carnage turned out to be the archetypal "least likely suspects.

Sinopsis  :
Former New Orleans cop Jack Robideaux (Jean-Claude Van Damme) arrives with his pet rabbit in Columbus, New Mexico to take a job with the border patrol, working for Captain Ramona Garcia (Natalie J. Robb).
At the moment, the border patrol is up against a highly dangerous drug smuggling operation, in which the smugglers are funneling illegal immigrants and bricks of heroin through the porous defenses of the Mexico/U.S. border. Migrants are randomly outfitted with C4 vests, so any border patrol agent who interferes might get blown up.
As it turns out, the smugglers are a rogue special forces unit led by Benjamin Meyers (Stephen Lord) and his right-hand man Karp (Scott Adkins), who have taken over all of the smuggling operations in the area by killing major drug kingpins Felix Nestor (Daniel Perrone) and Benito Ortiz (Luis Algar).
Jack and his partner Billy Pawnell (Gary McDonald) have their work cut out for them in trying to bring down Meyers and his operation. When Myers and his men take over and rig a missionary bus to smuggle drugs, Jack and Billy pursue them across the border, out of their jurisdiction, and Jack is captured by the local police, who are working for Meyers.
Once Jack is taken from a Mexican jail to Meyers's compound, it turns out that Billy is working for Meyers, who has also kidnapped Ramona and her uncle Emile (Dan Davies). Meyers kills Emile by throwing him into a pool of water charged by live wires.
It turns out that Jack has a personal reason for going after Meyers—Meyers's drugs killed Jack's daughter Kassie (Bianca Bree) about three months ago, when Kassie was barely 16 years old. Jack's pet rabbit was Kassie's rabbit, and he carries it around in memory of Kassie. He also swore on her grave to take down whatever drug operation he could find.
Jack and Ramona manage to free themselves and kill Billy. Ramona calls for help from Mexican police, and she and Jack start fighting their way through Meyers's men. Ramona goes to find an escape vehicle but is knocked out in a car crash.
Jack is confronted by Karp, who is a martial arts expert. They fight, and Jack beats Karp to death. Meyers, whose potential investors have abandoned him, confronts Jack and is about to shoot him when Jack throws an explosive collar toward Meyers and detonates it.
Later on, Ramona advises Jack to go back to New Orleans and be with his wife.

Sinopsis  :
Comparing this with my other favorite war movie, MASH, I'd call them both "naturalistic." They show humor and horror side by side, long stretches of tedium and short bursts of terror, without relying on an artificial plot or stereotyped characters. But 84 Charlie MoPic is much more realistic.

I was not in combat or in Vietnam, but I was in the Army at that time. Several of my Army friends had jobs making films exactly as shown in 84 Charlie MoPic. This is as accurate a picture of an American combat soldier's experience in Vietnam as any I can imagine. The first time I saw it, I was totally taken in, thought it was an actual documentary until the very end.

Incidentally, 84C or 84 Charlie is (or was) the code for the "military occupational specialty" of Motion Picture Specialist.

Sinopsis  :
In Tennessee 1923, two young boys, Rafe McCawley and Danny Walker, are playing together in the back of an old biplane, pretending to be soldiers fighting the Germans in World War I. After Rafe's father land his biplane and leaves, Rafe and Danny climb into the plane and Rafe accidentally starts it, giving the boys their first experience at flight. Soon afterward, Danny's father comes to take him home, and beats Danny, saying that he is of no account. Rafe hits Danny's father with a two by four and calls him a dirty German. Danny's father reacts by saying he fought the Germans in France and hopes the two boys never have to see what he saw. He then walks into the wheat fields, and Danny tells Rafe that he is his best friend, before joining his father.
18 years later, in January 1941, Danny and Rafe are both First Lieutenants under the command of Major Doolittle. The two men get into trouble when they use the Air Corps P-40s to play a game called chicken at Mitchel Field, Long Island. Afterwards, Doolittle gives Rafe the news that he has been accepted into the Eagle Squadron (an RAF outfit for American pilots to fight in the war). Rafe lies to Danny, though, saying that Doolittle assigned him.
While on a train ride to New York, a nurse named Evelyn tells her friends Sandra, Betty, Martha and Barbara the story of how she had met Rafe four weeks earlier after passing his medical exam, even though Rafe had trouble with reading. The two had begun a relationship and Evelyn is looking forward to seeing Rafe in the city that night. Rafe and Evelyn enjoy an evening of dancing at a nightclub and later a spin in New York harbor in a borrowed police boat. Later, Rafe shocks Evelyn by saying that he has joined the Eagle Squadron and is leaving the next day. He asks her not to see him off. When he leaves the following morning, though, he is pleased to see that she has come anyway as it means she really loves him.
Meanwhile, Danny, Evelyn and the rest of their fellow pilots and nurses are transferred to Pearl Harbor where there is little action going on, though Rafe fights in numerous dogfights with the RAF. While fighting in the Battle of Britain, Rafe is shot down over the English Channel and presumed to be killed in action. Danny gives Evelyn the news and she is devastated.
Three months later, Evelyn runs into Danny at a movie theater, after they both leave after they see a news reel of British planes being shot down into the English Channel. They get coffee at a nearby diner and talk about Rafe. They soon realize they are developing feelings for each other. Danny later takes Evelyn for a sunset flight over the harbor, and afterwards the two have sex in the parachute hangar. They begin a relationship of their own.
On the night of December 6, Evelyn is relieved to discover Rafe, alive and well. He explains that he survived his plane crash and was rescued by a French fishing boat, and was stuck in occupied France ever since. Danny comes soon afterward holding a telegram from Western Union stating that Rafe is in fact alive. Rafe realizes that Danny and Evelyn are now together, and feeling hurt and betrayed, leaves. Rafe and Danny soon get into a fight at the Hula Bar. When the police arrive, the two drive away and after talking, the two eventually fall asleep. The next morning, on December 7, 1941, the Japanese military begin bombing Pearl Harbor. The two drive away in search of a still standing airfield, while Evelyn and the other nurses rush for the hospital. Rafe and Danny manage to get in the air in two P-40s, shooting down seven Japanese Zeroes. After landing, Danny and Rafe return to the hospital where a bedraggled Evelyn draws blood from the two men for the hundreds of wounded men and women, but is interrupted when a man comes in and asks Danny and Rafe to assist in rescuing men from the harbor. Afterwards, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt declares a state of war on the Empire of Japan.
In the aftermath, the survivors attend a memorial service to honor the numerous dead, including Betty. Later, Danny and Rafe are assigned to travel stateside under Major Doolittle for a secret mission. Before they leave, Evelyn goes to see Rafe. She reveals that she is pregnant, though she does not want Danny to know. She tells Rafe that she will stay with Danny, but she will also love Rafe for the rest of her life.
Upon their arrival in California, Danny and Rafe are both promoted to captain and being awarded the silver star award. They are told that they will be going on a top secret mission to bomb Tokyo, and they are also told to leave their hula shirts at home. While sitting at a beach bonfire, Rafe pleads to Danny to not go on the mission, that he has nothing to prove. But Danny decides to go anyway. After training, the raiders are sent towards Japan by ship and in April, the ship was attacked by the Japanese and the raiders fly on their B-25 Mitchell Medium bombers towards Tokyo. After a successful bombing, the raiders crash landed on Japanese-occupied territory in China on a rice paddy.. The Japanese Army have the members of Rafe's plane pinned down and when they are about to get shot, Danny's plane flies over and shoots the Japanese forces, before crashing.
Rafe runs to Danny's side and attempts to pull a sharp piece of metal from Danny's neck, but are once again attacked by Japanese patrols. Rafe is hit over the head by a two by four, and Danny is tied to an ox yoke. Rafe picks up a pistol and shoots some of the Japanese, and is about to get shot himself when Danny hits the Japanese with the ox yoke. The remaining patrols shoot Danny, and the other pilots Red and Gooz kill off the remaining Japanese forces. Holding a dying Danny in his arms, Rafe tells Danny that he can't die because he is going to be a father, but Danny replies by saying, "No, you are", before finally dying in Rafe's arms. The remaining pilots are rescued by the Chinese, and when returning home, a pregnant Evelyn sees Rafe getting off the plane, and is hopeful that Danny is alive, until she sees Rafe carrying his coffin.
In the aftermath, both Evelyn and Rafe are awarded medals. Evelyn's voice narrates that Dorie Miller was the first black man to be awarded the Navy Cross, but would not be the last. Rafe meets President Roosevelt, and he and Evelyn are discharged from the army. A few years later, now with a son, named Danny, Jr. after his biological father, Rafe and Evelyn, now married, are visiting Danny's grave with their son. Rafe then takes Danny for a ride in the old biplane, and Rafe and Danny, Jr. are shown flying off towards the sunset.

Sinopsis  :
It’s probably fair to say that, for those who form part of a prospective audience, not many of us know too much about the country of Serbia. So, when trying to estimate the efficacy of a movie which purports to be ‘an allegory about Serbia’, we’re already in dangerous territory. If we know so little about the political situation of a country, how the hell can we estimate whether or not a film works as an allegory? If we don’t know that much about what we’re looking at – and let’s be fair here, Balkan history and politics is incredibly complex – then how can we be sure we’re ‘getting it’? The plain fact is that for most of us, we can’t. Our lack of knowledge about Serbia leaves us wide open to good old-fashioned exploitation by claims about the deeper meaning behind, let’s say, a film about violent pornography, which purports to have a deeper significance. That is all I am going to say, or need to say on a certain other Serbian film and its ‘allegories’ because it’s been eclipsed by another Serbian film which really does work on several levels, and really does tell us something coherent and unique about its country of origin. One of the darkest, cleverest films I’ve seen for a long time, and my favourite movie at this year’s Abertoir Horror Festival, I bring you The Enemy (Neprijatelj).

It is a few days after the end of the Bosnian War in 1995: no conflict ends neatly when peace is declared, of course, and a small unit of Serbian military engineers has been charged with removing an expanse of their remnant landmines along the Serbian border. It is a laborious, difficult task and will most likely keep them away from home for a long time. They also perform a sweep over what remains of a nearby town, and in a disused factory they find – apparently walled in – a middle-aged man. Despite being left in the dark without food or water, possibly for days, he is calm and polite – and even seems, somehow, as though he was expecting them.

They take the man back to their camp (in a ruined farmhouse near the site of operations) but any mystery surrounding him only increases; he refuses food and water, and subsists only on cigarettes. He dodges questions about his identity, and seems to take an ironic pleasure in the disconcerting effect he has on the men. Soon enough, his presence seems to have a catalytic effect on them; with him there, pre-existing cracks in their relationships are wrenched open, and the men start to refuse to be alone with their smirking guest. To do so spells trouble. In an effort to ascertain who he is and what he was doing, some of the men return to the factory – where they find a glut of dead bodies, and encounter some still-hostile Bosniak Muslims who react with terror when they reveal they released the man. He is, one of the Bosniaks claim, the Devil incarnate. The presence of a young woman who arrives at the camp – her former home – insistent that she must wait for the return of her father adds to the atmosphere of unease and tension there, and an escalating sense of chaos-in-waiting.

Is the man truly the Devil? The film really holds out on that score, and his low key performance maintains an ambiguity which never feels like a cop-out. At the end of it all, you could feel one way or the other about this film, seeing it as supernatural, or even not, and adopting either stance would not weaken your enjoyment. All of the performances here are incredibly strong, with razor-sharp dialogue which allows you to engage with realistically-crafted characters with whose plight you can empathise. These guys are exhausted, under immense strain, and charged with the difficult job of removing their own mines from their own border. Some of them are obviously damaged, some of them impatient to see their families, but what is certain is that spending time with their strange visitor alienates them from each other and breaks them down irreparably.

The whole film is a testament to unease. The tentative position of the unit on the edge of a minefield, surrounded by a bleak landscape which hides immense danger, also reflects the internal dynamic of the group, especially at the point when they are destabilised by their new arrival. Every man here is gradually, systematically estranged from his peers and the profound loneliness of their predicaments sustains the slow-burn feeling of dread throughout.

Moments of wrestling with personal faith only underscore the element of isolation in the plot. The concept introduced in the film of the ‘Demiurge’ is incredibly important to how the film hangs together; the Demiurge, an ancient idea of a force which fashions the material world, like a craftsman, is mentioned several times as relating to The Enemy’s mysterious man. The fact that he was found in a factory is therefore very telling, and the idea of a malevolent manipulator of the earthly plain also feeds into the plight of the men – Bosniak and Serb both – and relates to the situation in the war-scarred countries who took part in the conflict. Does the faith of any of the participants protect them from the situation around them, or does it lay them wide open to harm? In an uneasy peace, and when the simple presence of a stranger can jeopardise everything, what are faith and friendship anyway? As the men become remote from one another, all of this is called into question.

In no way, shape or form a standard war movie, The Enemy is a clever, subtle story about self-reflection and doubt. This is a powerful psychological story which really has something to say.

The Bridge on the River Kwai

Movie : The Bridge on the River Kwai

Quality : DVDRip
Subtitle :  English
Trailer : Dervira Beautiful Girl
Sinopsis  :
In World War II, British prisoners are marched to a Japanese prison camp in western Burma. [3] The commandant, Colonel Saito (Sessue Hayakawa), informs them that all prisoners, regardless of rank, are to work on the construction of a railroad bridge over the River Kwai. The senior British officer, Lt. Colonel Nicholson (Alec Guinness), reminds Saito that the Geneva Conventions exempt officers from manual labor.
At the following morning’s parade, Nicholson orders his officers to remain behind when the enlisted men are sent off to work. Saito slaps him across the face with his copy of the conventions and threatens to have them shot, but Nicholson refuses to back down. When Major Clipton (James Donald), the British medical officer, intervenes, Saito leaves the officers standing all day in the intense tropical heat. That evening, the officers are placed in a punishment hut, while Nicholson is locked in "the oven," an iron box, without food or water.
Nicholson refuses to compromise. Meanwhile, the prisoners are working as little as possible and sabotaging whatever they can. Should Saito fail to meet his deadline, he would be obliged to commit seppuku (ritual suicide). Using the anniversary of Japan's great victory in the 1905 Russo-Japanese War as an excuse to save face, Saito announces a general amnesty and releases Nicholson and his officers.
Nicholson conducts an inspection and is shocked by the sloppy construction job being done on the bridge, some of it purposely sloppy so as to irritate the Japanese. Over the protests of some of his officers, he orders Captain Reeves (Peter Williams) and Major Hughes (John Boxer) to design and build a proper bridge, despite its military value to the Japanese, for the sake of maintaining his men's morale. The Japanese engineers had chosen a poor site, so the original construction is abandoned and a new bridge is begun downstream.
Meanwhile, three prisoners attempt to escape. Two are shot dead, but United States Navy Commander Shears (William Holden), gets away, although badly wounded. Shears eventually stumbles into a village. The residents help him escape by boat.
Shears is enjoying his recovery at the Mount Lavinia Hospital at Ceylon, when British Major Warden (Jack Hawkins) asks him to volunteer for a commando mission to destroy the bridge before it's completed and placed into service. Shears is appalled at the idea of returning to the bridge site and reveals that he is not an officer at all. He is an enlisted man who switched uniforms with the dead Commander Shears after the sinking of their cruiser as a ploy to get better treatment by the Japanese. Warden already knows this. Faced with the prospect of being charged with impersonating an officer, Shears volunteers; Warden gives him the "simulated rank of major".
Meanwhile, Nicholson drives his men hard to complete the bridge on time. For him, its completion will exemplify the ingenuity and hard work of the British Army for generations. When he asks that their Japanese counterparts join in as well, a resigned Saito replies that he has already given the order.
The commandos parachute in, but one member of the squad is killed in the landing. Later, on the march to the bridge site, Warden is wounded in an encounter with a Japanese patrol, and has to be carried on a litter. He, Shears, and Canadian Lieutenant Joyce (Geoffrey Horne) reach the river in time with the assistance of Siamese women bearers and their village chief, Khun Yai. Under cover of darkness, Shears and Joyce plant explosives on the bridge towers below the water line.
A train carrying soldiers and important dignitaries is scheduled to be the first to cross the bridge the following day, so Warden plans to wait and destroy both the bridge and train simultaneously. However, at daybreak the commandos are horrified to see that the water level has dropped, exposing the wire connecting the explosives to the detonator. Making a final inspection, Nicholson spots the wire and brings it to Saito's attention. As the train is heard approaching, they hurry down to the riverbank to investigate.
Joyce, manning the detonator, breaks cover and stabs Saito to death. Aghast, Nicholson yells for help, while attempting to stop Joyce from reaching the detonator. Joyce reveals that he's part of a commando unit sent to destroy the bridge. When Joyce is shot dead by Japanese fire, Shears swims across the river, but is fatally wounded as he reaches Nicholson. Recognising the dying Shears, Nicholson suddenly understands the situation and exclaims, "What have I done?" At that moment, Warden fires his mortar, mortally wounding Nicholson. The dazed colonel stumbles towards the detonator and falls on the plunger as he dies, just in time to blow up the bridge and send the train hurtling into the river below. Witnessing the carnage from a bluff above the river, Clipton shakes his head uttering: "Madness!... Madness!"

There is no news about Maria after that for several weeks. So an elite SWAT squad (Pawel Delag, Fedor Emelyanenko, Valeriy Nikolaev and Oleg Chernov) is sent to search for Maria, a Russian scientist who turns out to be the daughter of a quite substantial family in Russia.
An unexpected turn is that by the order form FSB General the squad also includes a number of civilians: a microbiologist, Vadim (Valeriy Soloviev), his assistant Julia (Julia Gorshenina), and a young computer wiz, Max (Alexander Lenin). What is the real aim of this mission and what does the tight-lipped Korean Special Services agent Jang Hyun Woo (Kim Bo Sung) added to the squad perhaps as a guide conceal? What is the real threat of this god forsaken island and what is the secret of the ultimate force behind Rick who has confidential connections with the dazzling and unbelievably rich pharmaceutical tycoon Mr. Hunt (Rutger Hauer)? The twists and turns of the detective plot and vivid action scenes give birth to a psychological story. Why is the life of every person as valuable as the lives of some millions? Why in certain circumstances somebody else’s life becomes more precious that your own? Finally, why our duty and the truth are above the laws and accepted rules?
They will have to untangle a web of plotting, overcome horror and pain and come close to revealing a frightful mystery. But there is no chance for them to go back, they have no choice left.

Sinopsis :
In the Kingdom of Cloister, Jack, a young farm boy, is fascinated by the legend of Erik, an ancient king who defeated an army of invading giants from a realm in the sky by controlling them with a magical crown. At the same time, Princess Isabelle becomes fascinated with the same legend.
Ten years later, Jack goes into town to sell his horse to support his uncle's farm. There, Jack spots Isabelle and develops a crush on her, after defending her honor from a group of thugs. Meanwhile, Lord Roderick returns to his study, only to find that a monk has robbed him. The monk offers Jack some magic beans he stole from Roderick as collateral for Jack's horse. Back at the castle, Isabelle quarrels with her father, King Brahmwell, as she wants to explore the kingdom, but he wants her to stay and marry Roderick. Likewise, Jack's uncle scolds him for being foolish before throwing the beans on the floor and leaving the house.
Determined to be free, Isabelle sneaks out of the castle and seeks shelter from the rain in Jack's house. As it rains, one of the beans takes root and grows into a massive beanstalk that carries the house and Isabelle into the sky as Jack falls to the ground.
Jack, Roderick, and Roderick's attendant, Wicke, volunteer to join the king's knights, led by Elmont and his second in-command, Crawe, and climb the beanstalk in search of Isabelle. As they climb, Roderick and Wicke cut the safety rope, intentionally killing some of the knights. At the top, they discover the giants' realm and decide to split into two groups; one with Jack, Elmont, and Crawe, and the other including Roderick and Wicke, but not before Roderick forcibly takes the remaining beans from Jack (although Jack manages to save one for himself).
Jack's group is trapped by a giant, who takes everyone prisoner except Jack. Meanwhile, Roderick's group encounters two other giants; one eats Wicke, but before they can do the same to Roderick, Roderick dons the magic crown.
Jack follows the giant to their stronghold, where the two-headed giant leader, Fallon, has killed Crawe. There, Jack finds the imprisoned Isabelle and Elmont. As the giants prepare to kill their remaining prisoners, Roderick walks in and enslaves the giants with the crown. He tells the giants they will attack Cloister at dawn and allows them to eat Isabelle and Elmont. Jack rescues Isabelle and Elmont as one of the giants prepares to cook Elmont as a pig-in-a-blanket. The trio makes for the beanstalk, where Jack causes the giant guarding the beanstalk to fall off the realm's edge. Seeing the giant's body, Brahmwell orders the beanstalk cut down to avoid an invasion by the giants.
Jack and Isabelle head down the beanstalk, while Elmont stays to confront Roderick. Elmont kills Roderick, but Fallon takes the crown before Elmont can claim it, and Elmont is forced to escape down the beanstalk. Jack, Isabelle, and Elmont all survive the fall after the beanstalk is cut down. As everyone returns home, Jack warns that the giants are using Roderick's beans to create beanstalks to descend down to Earth and attack Cloister.
The giants chase Jack, Isabelle, and Brahmwell into the castle, where Elmont fills the moat with oil and sets it on fire. Fallon falls in the moat and breaks into the castle from below. As the siege continues, Fallon captures Jack and Isabelle, but Jack throws the final bean down Fallon's throat, causing a beanstalk to rip apart his body. Jack takes the crown and sends the giants back to their realm.
Jack and Isabelle marry and tell the story of the giants to their children. As time passes, the magic crown is crafted into St Edward's Crown and is secured in the Tower of London.

Sinopsis :
Lyon Gaultier is a paratrooper in the French Foreign Legion, stationed in Djibouti, North Africa. His brother, who is married to an American woman in Los Angeles, is burned alive during a deal gone wrong and suffers third-degree burns, dying shortly afterward. Lyon deserts his legion when they withhold letters from his brother's wife and ultimately refuse to let him see his brother. He steals a jeep and escapes through the desert, finding work on a tramp steamer headed for the U.S.. Meanwhile, the Legion commanding officer arrives at the U.S. French Embassy, where he is told that the LAPD could not care less about finding Lyon, so he orders two of his own Legionnaires to do the job.
Lyon arrives in New York and travels to California to be with his brother's family. Along the way, he meets Joshua, a man who runs fights for money, and also learns that he cannot avenge his brother's murder, as he failed to identify his killers before dying. Tagging along with Joshua, Lyon meets Cynthia, who organizes underground fights for the rich elite and decides to sponsor him. Figuring that this would be the best way to earn the money his family needs, Lyon fights in no holds barred bare-knuckle fights to finance the trip. Once they reach L.A., he tracks down his brother's widow, who is reluctant to accept financial aid, even though she obviously needs it, because she is angry with Lyon for "deserting" his brother years ago. Lyon continues fighting, and Joshua poses as an insurance man who delivers checks to her from an account her husband allegedly had left behind. Due to his misspelling of Lyon's name, Joshua introduces Lyon in the fighting circuit as the titular "Lionheart".
Meanwhile, the two Legionnaires catch up with Lyon in Los Angeles. Lyon fights them off, but suffers a broken rib. Cynthia decides to take advantage of Lyon's string of victories by stacking the odds in favor of a massive, brutal fighter named "Attilla the Hun", who has so far been unbeatable. After betting a large amount on "Attilla", she arranges to have Lyon handed over to the Legion soldiers after he has been defeated thoroughly.
Lyon's fight with Atilla is hampered by his broken rib. Attilla's trademark (deliberately withheld from Lyon) is to let his opponent tire themselves out before viciously breaking them, often killing them in the process. When it appears "Attilla" has won, Joshua begs Lyon to give up, revealing that they were both used by Cynthia. Joshua, for the best of reasons (Lionheart's family), placed all of his own money on Attilla as a form of "insurance," as all the odds are against Lyon winning. Lyon, angered by this news, bounces back and summons up all his remaining strength to defeat Atilla but spares his life. The Legionnaires escort him back to the apartment, where they give him some time to say his goodbyes before being deported back to Africa, where he will be court martialed for desertion. After an emotional farewell, Lyon and the Legion members speed off, but just down the road, moved by the family's heartbreak, the Legionnaries decide to let Lyon go out of respect for his determination, will power, and personal integrity, both during the fight and in helping out his sister-in-law. Ultimately, Lyon is able to go home and be a family man.
